Order tracking
We deliver to the address of your choice (home, workplace, vacation spot, relay points), in France and Spain.
Your order is processed as soon as it is validated. Please note that no change of delivery address can be made after your order has been placed.
The average time to receive your order in France is 2 to 6 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) depending on your delivery option.
We are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email informing you. You can then track your package at any time on the carriers' websites.
We offer several delivery services: Colissimo, Mondial Relay and Chronopost.
How do I track my shipment?
To track your delivery, simply go to your shipment tracking email sent by email by Nahava or directly from your account on the site.

From your email:
1. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the email address you provided, whether you have an account or not.
2. This email contains a tracking number for your order as well as a "View your order" button,
3. Click this button to access shipment tracking.

From your customer account:
1. Once logged into your customer account, go to “my account”,
2. Click on the “orders” tab, all of your orders are displayed.
3. Click on “view order” to access the shipment tracking.
